Tickets can be paid:
• online: by credit card and Carta del docente (Italy’s Teacher Card)
• at the ticket office: by cash and credit card.
Tickets purchased online, in addition to being sent via email, can be viewed by each user within their own reserved area (by clicking on the appropriate icon at the top right).
Those who have purchased tickets online but have not received the purchase confirmation email containing the tickets and cannot even find them in their reserved area must write to biglietteria@teatrostabileveneto.it indicating:
• name and surname of the buyer
• email used for online purchase
• title of the show
• n. tickets purchased
• date and possibly time the purchase was made
The TSV offers spectators various types of tickets at a discounted rate. Currently, through the online ticket office it is possible to purchase tickets at a discounted rate for:
• Over65 (Reduced)
• Under26
• Esu a Teatro
At the theater box offices it is possible to purchase tickets at a discounted rate for shows where it is scheduled for:
• university students (ESU at the Theater €3)
• groups of 10+ people (booking at biglietteria@teatrostabileveneto.it)
• middle/high school classes (write to education@teatrostabileveneto.it)
• dance school students and teachers (only for dance shows)
• TSV subscribers
• Treviso Opera and Concert subscribers
The right to any reductions will be verified by the theater staff upon access to the theater.
The TSV offers people with 100% disability a reduced ticket equal to the Under 26 rate. The companion, if provided for by the disability certificate, is entitled to a free ticket.
When purchasing/collecting tickets it is necessary to show a valid identity document and a certificate of invalidity or disability.
In the case of people who use wheelchairs, it is necessary to communicate this at least 5 working days before the show as available places are limited.

To redeem a Gift Card, you must enter the redemption code shown on the entry ticket in the blue button that appears on the show listing page where it says "Use Gift Card / Free Season Ticket". Once clicked, the shows for which you can use your Gift Card or your Free Subscription will appear.
You can also enter your redemption code on the show map page, where a counter of used and remaining admissions will also appear.
No, purchased tickets cannot be changed once purchased. For this reason we invite the public to carefully check the date and time of the entrance tickets at the time of purchase.
On the evening of the show the ticket office opens one hour before the start of the show but you can only buy tickets for that show (not for next shows). Ticket office closes at the beginnig of the show and it's not open during the interval.
